Nova R Wealth is a growing, independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) serving high-net-worth individuals and families. Our firm is built around deep planning, long-term relationships, and a true fiduciary standard—advice comes first, always.
We are looking for an experienced CFP professional to step into a lead advisor role, working with sophisticated clients and delivering comprehensive financial planning at a high level.
The Role
This is a client-facing, lead plannerposition focused on delivering complex, holistic advice- not product sales.
Lead comprehensive financial planning engagements for high-net-worth clients
Conduct advanced retirement and cash flow modeling
Deliver tax-aware planning strategies
Coordinate estate and legacy planning alongside CPAs and attorneys
Advise on risk management and balance sheet strategy
Serve as a primary relationship manager for client households
Client relationships are provided. This is not a cold prospecting role, though participation in organic growth and client referrals is expected.
Who You Are
CFP® professional with 5-10+ years of experience
Proven track record working with affluent or high-net-worth clients
Comfortable leading client relationships independently
Strong communicator who can simplify complex planning topics
Values collaboration and being part of a team-oriented environment
Compensation & Growth
Base salary $85,000-$160,000 commensurate with experience
Quarterly bonus tied to client service, retention and firm growth
