Establish forecasting discipline and improve visibility into revenue, margin, and EBITDA drivers, down to the individual client-level
Partner directly with the CFO on annual planning, re-forecasting, and performance management.
Reporting and performance analysis
Produce monthly management reporting with clear variance analysis and KPI tracking.
Identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers and translate them into actionable insights.

Build scalable FP&A templates and processes that support growth and increased reporting needs.
Serve as a key FP&A partner supporting the ERP implementation planned for early 2026, with a focus on data structure, collection, and reporting readiness.
Operate effectively with evolving data while helping improve data quality and financial discipline.
