At Capital Investment Counsel, we are dedicated to staying independent as a smaller, boutique firm with a hand-selected team, many of whom have been working well together for decades. Currently, our firm maintains an 11-person full-time staff that prioritizes culture and internal relationship building as an on-site team. We specialize in asset allocation and selection for our clients' portfolios and pride ourselves on utilizing low-cost strategies to maximize clients' after-tax returns. A core belief we all share is that the most important factor of our success as a firm is our staff, and we aim to take exceptional care of our people with strong compensation packages including 401(k) matching, annual bonuses, paid time off, and more.
Our firm thrives because of our team's independence, autonomy and reliability, which gives us the freedom to be flexible with our personal and professional lives. We believe many skills a successful relationship manager utilizes can be learned over time but maintaining a client-first attitude and embodying fiduciary values are the most important traits of a relationship building expert in our industry.
