The expected comp range is $75,000-$125,000, including salary, bonuses, and the potential for AUM-based pay if the advisor has/wants their own clients. + profit sharing + 401k match

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Financial Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial concepts and sales, with financial planning and wealth management expertise.
This role requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner, and the ability to recognize/adapt to the nuances of the customization needed for individual clients.
This position is supportive and collaborative with the rest of the team. If desired, your day-to-day responsibilities can include managing your own client base.
Responsibilities
Financial Planning: Data gathering, entry, and analysis for customized/personalized financial plans based on clients' goals and risk tolerance.
Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients.
Client Communication: Handle client service, emails, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Collaborate with clients to review and adjust financial plans as needed.
Research: conduct research on market trends, investment opportunities, and financial strategies.
Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files, including financial documents, client records, and reports.
Data Entry: Accurately input and update client information, financial data, and transactions into the company's systems and databases.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations for client meetings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Proactively identifying potential issues or needs for both staff and clients.
Optional opportunity for a financial planner currently working with their own clients or desiring to be the lead advisor of their own clients. The expectation is that providing financial planning and additional support for all PWM clients is the primary purpose of this position, at least initially. This can evolve over time.

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of financial industry experience, including direct experience with financial planning
