What To Expect…
To be the responsible relationship manager for a select group of clients.
Perform comprehensive financial plans.
Participate in client meetings and learn the role of Associate Wealth Advisor.
Track and address client ‘wealth management issues’, goals and objectives.
Work collaboratively to establish client investment objectives and manage implementation with the Senior Wealth Management Advisors, Client Service Associates, and Administrative Associates.
Ensure that all aspects of the client service experience are optimized.
Provide technical support to the team, including data gathering, scenario building, investment analysis, and presentation preparation.
You will be coached and mentored by the owner to learn how to run a successful financial practice.
Specific Responsibilities…
Work with clients on the 13 ‘wealth management issues’.
Support Task Management and Client Relationship Management.
Coordinate client meeting material preparation.
Participate in client meetings and prospect consultations.
Lead client meetings for assigned relationships.
Support performance reporting reviews.
Support the management of our financial planning software WealthVision.
Prepare balance sheets, asset allocations, and portfolio transition analyses.
Develop an understanding of the client’s entire financial and family situation to structure a goals-based wealth management plan.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience in wealth management.
CFP® or Paraplanner (FPQP) designation or commitment to obtain within 18 months.
Series 7 and 66 and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
Highly organized, detail-oriented approach to working with clients.
Competency with CRM, especially RedTail, WealthVision, ClientWorks, or other planning software, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint.
Operations knowledge and experience regarding client onboarding and administration.
Understanding of financial, retirement, and tax planning concepts.
Keen interest in learning more about investment management and financial planning including risk management, tax strategy, and retirement and estate planning.
