POSITION SUMMARY   The Payroll/Tax Accountant reports to the SVP, Client Accounting & Financial Services. Responsibilities include: managing MedHQ’s payroll accounting function, ensuring compliance with government regulations, internal accounting reporting, and company policy. The scope of this role includes responsibility for developing procedures to optimize and manage the preparation, documentation, and disbursement of all payroll liabilities, payroll tax, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and 401k fund transfers. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting aspects of the payroll function, and ensure service delivery measured by key performance indicators.   PRIMARY RESPONS
