We work with "every day" multi-millionaires, helping them make informed decisions about their money so that they can focus on the things that matter most, their family, friends and community.
We are looking to hire a junior advisor to assist the founder in further expanding our capabilities and capacity.
The ideal candidate is:

The person hired for this role will have no real ceiling on his/her opportunity and growth potential.
Path to equity partner status will be offered to the person hired for this role, subject to satisfactory attainment of clearly communicated metrics (including passing the CFP Exam) and timeframes.
High level Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day portfolio management (risk variance monitoring, placing trades, investments holding analysis, tax efficiency of portfolios, proposals, etc.)
Prepare insurance illustrations (or work with vendors to obtain) and investment proposals
Handle investment and insurance related service calls, work, paperwork, and applications
Conduct periodic investment & insurance policy check-ins with clients
Assist lead advisor with identifying planning gaps not otherwise already found during the planning process
Build financial models
Assist in ensuring all practice’s FINRA/SEC/BD/RIA/IRS/LDR/Dept. of Insurance compliance requirements are met as it relates to accounts, insurance work, client files, disclosures, etc.
Assist lead advisor with preparing income tax returns, if properly licensed
Add meeting/call/trade notes into Redtail database
File as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.)
Series 7, 66 registrations as well as Life, health & accident, variable insurance licenses ALL required to be considered for position
IRS Enrolled Agent license is a plus, but not required
Knowledgeable about portfolio management, asset allocation, tax loss harvesting
At least 2-3 years of experience in a hybrid RIA/BD practice as a salaried advisor or as a paraplanner
Must be able to think critically, be self-motivated, enjoy working independently, be an independent learner and be detail oriented
Posess strong profiency using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
Posess strong profiency using eMoney, Morningstar Workstation & Redtail
Profiency in the following programs is a plus, but not required: Intuit ProConnect & Intuit TaxAdvisor
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills
