Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (NY, NY) for World Education Services, Inc. (WES), a prof'l research & service org. dedicated to int'l comparative education systems. Responsible for financial analysis/reporting, financial forecasting & supporting in dvlpmt of new products while ensuring consistency w/ Co.'s strategies & financial objectives. Work w/ business partners, incl senior leaders to identify & recommend opportunities for improved financial performance & growth at WES. Specifically, will oversee all financial planning & analysis functions across the organization; manage Co.'s long-term financial models, incl forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, & long-range planning; & build & update the investment policy statement (IPS) & ensure it aligns w/ the organization's vision, mission, & long-term strategic plan; manage treasury mgmt. Reporting to CFO, will follow CFA code of ethics & standards of professional conduct to evaluate, refine, & implmt processes, frameworks, & systems that allow for the capture, timely utilization & accurate fin'l data across the business to make better decisions. Bachelor's deg in Finance, Accounting, or Bus Admin, & 48 mths exp in position offd or as a Sr. Financial Analyst, & certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Charter), or any suitable combo of educ, training, or exp.
