A Private Wealth Advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial, is hiring for a full-time position in our active office. Expected hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM
As Client Relationship Manager, you will support our advisors and work directly with our clients in the financial planning process. This position is on the track to become a Financial Advisor
Areas of responsibility include, but aren’t limited to, the following:
- Attend and participate in client meetings
- Provide follow-up documentation and responses to clients and associated professionals, including all meeting summary letters and correspondence
- Act as a liaison with clients on implementation strategies and advisor recommendations
- Case preparation and analysis
- Process trading for securities, mutual funds, exchange traded funds, annuities, cash instruments, variable life and money movement as needed
- Assist in completing and processing paperwork
- Provide compliance documentation
- Attend marketing and client appreciation events
- Attend conferences deemed necessary for professional development
- Office operates in a hybrid in-person/remote work schedule.
