Skyworks LLC is looking for a Accounts Receivable Office Assistant to support the accounts receivable department at our Buffalo headquarters.

The Accounts Receivable Office Assistant job responsibilities include:

• collection calls and correspondence in a fast paced environment
• providing customer service regarding collection issues, resolve client discrepancies and short payments
• monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts -- customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, and customer reconciliations
• accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
• communicating and following up effectively with branch managers regarding customer accounts

Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Office Assistant position include:

• knowledge of the billing and collections procedures
• the ability to multitask
• strong attention to detail
• working well with customers and other team members
