Summary: The Practice Management Consultant engages in the assessing, planning, and servicing our most valued clients. This leader exists to enable our client’s long-term, sustainable growth by advising them to focus on outcomes that matter. Our consulting solutions leverage professional valuation, peer group benchmarking, and industry best practices that ultimately drive performance. This role is tasked with retaining our Equity Management System clients throughout the business planning process.
Account Management: Develop relationships with a deep understanding of our clients' business needs. Drive membership enrollment while achieving high client satisfaction. Monitor communication between various departments to make sure that the client is getting the insight they need to drive performance. Works closely with key customers adapt processes, improve service, and delight the client.
Assessing & Planning: Independently leads the annual business planning process to optimize the business equity. Identify and prioritize clients’ business goals to produce a Business Plan that grows, protects, and transitions enterprise value. Coordinate business plan execution with in-house SMEs.
Product Development: Participates in structured consulting and deliverables to ensure predicable and scalable processes to meet program goals.
Business Knowledge: Understands wealth management organizations, systems, and practices. Understands regulatory structures for insurance and financial products and services and how they impact the operations and suitability of business structures and decisions. Understands taxation tradeoffs and optimization strategies within various business structure models. Understands the competition.
Consulting Ability: Must have competency in analyzing profit and loss statements. Understands business and key performance indicators that drive growth. Is excellent at honest analysis and can see hidden problems; looks beyond the obvious to deliver insightful, compelling answers.
Planning & Time Management
Communicating Effectively: Is effective and persuasive in a variety of settings, both formal and interpersonal. Can address controversial topics. Is able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.
Relationship Building: Relates well to all kinds of people; builds rapport to create constructive relationships; uses diplomacy and tact. Acts with customers in mind; establishes trust and respect.
Telecommuting is allowed.
Additional Salary Information: Salary range includes base + variable.
