To oversee the team responsible for monthly and quarterly Internal Reporting duties and ensure deliverables and deadlines are met with respect to Management, Board of Directors, and Bank reporting. Serve as liaison and partner to the Internal Reporting and Consolidations Manager as well as the Corporate and FP&A organizations related to quarterly Board reporting, monthly management reporting dashboards, monthly rolling forecasts, monthly variance analysis, supporting cash flow analysis of the FP&A organization, and other key metrics for management reporting needs.

• Coordinate Internal Reporting Analyst (s) activities within the Internal Reporting organization to include: - Monthly Reporting Cycle deliverables including Flash commentary, monthly Board update, and Management Financial Package - Quarterly Presentations to Management and Board of Directors - Forecast and Budget Processes and Presentations • Finalize and confirm monthly reporting results in coordination with the Consolidations Analyst • Perform financial/business analysis related to actual results vs Budget / Latest Estimate (Forecasts), as well as budget income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow variances • Provide support for Bank reporting requirements and coordinate with Debt Management organization on cash flow reporting • Operate with a mindset of continuous improvement, coming up with recommendations and working through implementation of process improvement measures: - Participate in periodic assessment of reporting dashboards and standard reports to streamline and improve content and timeliness of financial reporting to Management • Provide backfill support for Consolidations Analyst • Perform Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis duties as requested

- Accounting and/or Finance Degree - 5+ years experience in financial reporting, including management reporting, budgeting and forecasting and/or external financial reporting - Strong, established financial analysis skills and problem-solving ability - Excellent Analytical skills, ability to read and translate data into information - Self-starter with ability to complete projects start-to-finish - Must be trustworthy with confidential information - Strong communication skills; must be able to work effectively with peers and all levels of Company management - Team player interact effectively with cross functional teams - Proactive and well organized - Consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment - Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities (Filters, Pivots, Formulas, Graphs, Calculated Fields) - Experience with SAP R/3 and / or Consolidation System (BFC/Cartesis/Other) - Able to work under short timelines. - Ability to work well in a team environment and to manage multiple projects concurrently
Certified Public Accountant (preferred)
Accounting and/or Finance Degree
