Perform monthly consolidation and reconciliation activities of financial data on a Global Basis for the company. Perform the required maintenance for the Company’s Consolidations system and manage all changes required for reporting (master data updates, reporting tree modifications). Collaborate with the Internal Reporting team for creation of monthly financial reporting packages.

- Maintain the Consolidations Tool and perform required maintenance to accommodate changes and updates occurring in SAP hierarchy (new legal entities, new general ledger accounts / profit centers, and changes in hierarchy/reporting tree) - Create monthly consolidation packages and update monthly FX rates - Perform test loads and preliminary closing reports prior to closing cycle deadlines - Reconcile Consolidation data to SAP and ensure accuracy of data loads - Finalize and confirm monthly reporting results in coordination with the Internal Reporting Team o Ensure any post-closing adjustments are reflected correctly o Generate trend reporting and high-level analysis to internal reporting peers - Perform activities for Intercompany Elimination and Reconciliation reporting - Operate with a mindset of continuous improvement, coming up with recommendations and working through implementation of process improvement measures: o Participate in periodic assessment of reporting dashboards and standard reports to streamline and improve content and timeliness of financial reporting to Management - Perform Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis duties as requested

- Accounting and/or Finance Degree - 3-5 years experience in financial reporting, including management reporting, budgeting and forecasting and/or Consolidations - Excellent Analytical skills, ability to read and translate data into information - Self-starter with ability to complete projects start-to-finish - Must be trustworthy with confidential information - Strong communication skills; must be able to work effectively with peers and all levels of Company management - Team player interact effectively with cross functional teams - Proactive and well organized - Consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment - Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities (Filters, Pivots, Formulas, Graphs, Calculated Fields) - Experience with SAP R/3 and / or Consolidation System (BFC/Cartesis/Other) - Able to work under short timelines. - Ability to work well in a team environment and to manage multiple projects concurrently
