Seeking an organized and self-motivated individual to provide full-time assistance to the Financial Advisor of a boutique financial planning practice.

We offer a great working environment within a small office with advancement opportunities.  The initial position will be responsible for the following:

• Client Analytics
• Creating financial plans for the firm’s financial advisor
• Analysis of client scenarios
• Statistical analyses and recommendations
• Administrative tasks as needed
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree, Advanced degree preferred;
• Series 7 General Securities License required; CFP preferred;
• Ability to take direction and follow instructions;
• Excellent communication skills,
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks;
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to report status;
• Ability to design new reports.
• Ability to follow procedures carefully and work independently;
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel), with a willingness to learn financial planning software packages.
